Wonderful family trip planned by Columbus Travel! They took care of every detail, from picking us up at the airport, all hotel arrangements, Galapagos cruise, touring around Quito - even helping us track down an iPad that was left on our international flight! All guides and drivers were excellent, we felt very safe and well-cared-for, hotel suggestions were lovely and modern. Paola and team set up a trip that was very family-friendly (our group included 4 children, ages 4-11.) Overall a wonderful and memorable trip. Very well-organized!

This was our first time using Columbus Travel. Maria S. did a wonderful itinerary for the two of us. We really received the VIP treatment as we were the only two on this 5 day tour. Our driver Henry was limited on his English but we were able to communicate for the most part. Henry shared his life story with us through our tour guide. He is quite an accomplished man. Juan Carlos Pumaccahua was our guide throughout our travels. Juan Carlos is an excellent guide and very well spoken. He was very passionate describing Peruvian history and his enthusiasm brought everything to life and living color. Nothing about this tour was boring. Juan Carlos made every day exciting. We recommend, no matter what tour company you decide on to request Juan Carlos Pumaccahua as he is an independent contractor. Columbus Travel would do well to keep him employed.

We were looking to book a last-minute cruise to the Galapagos, and after sending out a few inquiries, Pablo from Columbus Travel was the first travel agency to get back to me with the options that fit our schedule and price range. It was very easy at first to get more information from Pablo and book the trip via WhatsApp. And the cruise - Galaxy Orion - had the perfect itinerary for us to enjoy the Galapagos. Though once I made the payments, the response rate from Pablo was longer. Luckily, I was able to connect with Gabriela from the same company as my coordinator, and everything felt smooth after that.

Every detail of our trip was perfect. The customized itinerary based on what we preferred in Peru, Ecuador and the Galapagos was outstanding. All the guides were fantastic, so knowledgeable and thoughtful. The drivers were always perfectly on time. The communication during the trip was perfect. We even made some last minute changes, no problem. Only problem is, I will want to use this agency for every trip we ever go on 😂😂😂. Absolutely recommend! 5 star - I’d give 10 star if that were an option.
